Eric C. Jeter, P.E. LEED AP BD+C is a graduate of Portland State University, is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of New York, Connecticut, Florida, Washington, and Oregon, and is LEED Certified in Building Design and Construction.

Mr. Jeter has over 18 years of experience providing consulting services in the commercial development and public works sectors. He is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project schedule from proposal development to construction closeout. Mr. Jeter has developed site plans and construction documents to optimize client objectives relative to site and regulatory constraints and permitting; provided engineering services for site, utility and roadway design, as well as stormwater conveyance, detention/infiltration and water quality systems in numerous jurisdictions. He regularly prepares development budgets and schedules for clients, cost estimates for agencies and clients, and coordinates jurisdictional approvals and permits. Mr. Jeter has engineered private and public development sites for shopping centers, data centers, industrial developments, wastewater treatment facilities, roadways, stormwater systems, and public works facilities.
