Ms. Sciotto has more than three decades of varied, high-level experience in engineering design of highway infrastructure, including horizontal and vertical alignment, stormwater management, signing and pavement marking, utility coordination, and maintenance and protection of traffic.

Her broad professional experience includes successful completion of design work, ranging from complex interstate highway projects to arterial roadways and local roads. Ms. Sciotto’s expertise also includes pedestrian safety, ADA compliance, and bicycle accommodation. She is directly responsible for managing the transportation-related work of the company, providing oversight for a variety of engineering activities, as well as quality assurance/quality control of work products generated by engineering staff. Ms. Sciotto is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of NY, AZ, FL, and NC.
